Most of the catalog is. The flagship models, Claude Opus 5.5, Fable 5 and 5.1, the GPT-6 family and Grok 4.7, are available on paid plans.
It depends on the step. A light model suits frequent checks, a reasoning model suits a decision you want explained. Nick makes it easy to try several on the same data and keep the one that fits.
