A daily read on the public space economy

Space Stocks Signal Monitor runs after every US close, scores 13 listed space names on price action and news, and only pings you when one of them turns high conviction. Quiet days get a short scoreboard instead of an alert.

Space Stocks Signal Monitor

Every trading day after the US close, this strategy pulls 120 daily candles for 13 public space economy names, the closest listed proxies to SpaceX: RKLB, ASTS, LUNR, RDW, PL, SPCE, BKSY, GSAT, IRDM, SPIR, SATL, VOYG and KTOS, split across two data nodes because the feed caps at 10 symbols. Each ticker gets a composite score, roughly minus 10 to plus 10, built from 20 day and 5 day momentum, the SMA20 and SMA50 cross, price against its 20 day average, RSI over 14 days, 60 day breakouts and breakdowns, and a volume spike check. A model you choose then reads X chatter, space and market headlines, NASA releases, SEC EDGAR filings per ticker with dilution and 8-K filings weighted heavily, and Polymarket SpaceX odds, and layers a sentiment adjustment of minus 2 to plus 2 on top. A score of 6 or more in either direction is labelled super strong, 3 or more is strong, everything else is neutral. Each run saves its scores, compares them to the previous run to catch acceleration and signal flips, and logs every signal with the price at the time so a separate track record step can resolve it five runs later and keep a rolling record.

How it works

Step 1

Pull the whole shelf

After every US close, Nick fetches 120 daily candles for all 13 space names across two data nodes, plus the scores from the previous run for comparison.

Step 2

Score the technicals

Momentum over 20 and 5 days, the SMA20 and SMA50 cross, price against its 20 day average, RSI, 60 day breakouts and a volume spike check combine into one composite score per ticker.

Step 3

Layer the news read

A model you choose reads X chatter, space and market headlines, NASA releases, per ticker SEC EDGAR filings and Polymarket SpaceX odds, then adjusts each score up or down.

Step 4

Alert only when it counts

Super strong scores, signal flips and score acceleration trigger live web research, a rendered chart per name and a written briefing to email and Discord. Everything else becomes a slim scoreboard digest.

Thirteen listed space economy names, the closest public proxies to SpaceX: RKLB, ASTS, LUNR, RDW, PL, SPCE, BKSY, GSAT, IRDM, SPIR, SATL, VOYG and KTOS. They are split across two data nodes because the price feed caps at 10 symbols per node.

Every ticker gets one composite score, roughly minus 10 to plus 10, from its technicals plus a sentiment adjustment of minus 2 to plus 2. A score of 6 or more in either direction is labelled super strong, 3 or more is strong, and anything below that is treated as neutral.

No. This is a monitoring and alerting agent. The signals land in your inbox and your Discord, and you decide what to do with them. If you want it to act, you can add an execution node onto the alert branch inside the builder.

Each run saves its scores, compares them to the previous run to flag score acceleration and signal flips, and logs every signal with the price at the time. A track record step resolves those logged signals five runs later and keeps a rolling hit rate, so the agent grades itself as it goes.

Yes. The ticker list, the score thresholds, the news and filing sources, and the schedule all live in the workflow, so you can point the same engine at a different basket of names.
